People's
Art Exhibition "Juliana Folea Troceanu" is the created in the parental home of Juliana Folea Troceanu whose name it bears. The home
entered in the national museum complex in 1969, with the support of art critic Peter Comarnescu.
The exhibition includes 900
museum objects
Age parts collected, which are the specific items of clothing and local fabrics from Buzias and other from Banat,
is collected between the years 1860-1925.
Ms. Juliana Folea Troceanu participated with some of these exhibits in the country
and to abroad exhibitions: 1936 - Bucharest, 1937 - Timisoara and Paris, and other events of the kind national organized .
The
most representative works of popular art from the 16 series of pieces of fabric area, the stitching and leather processing are exposed
with taste, most in to the windows, in 7 rooms in the main building.
Can be seen a large number of samples with authentic ornaments
from Banat, cut from old representative pieces.
Wood processing objects are displayed in another building, in a room called "stove",
arranged in local traditional style rural dwelling.
